The Sun Devil Swim Camp II is designed for competitive swimmers aged 10-18 who are looking to enhance their stroke technique, endurance, and overall race performance. Participants will receive instruction in all four competitive strokes, as well as starts, turns, and relay exchanges. The camp incorporates high-intensity training sessions, educational components focused on athlete development, and small-group and individual instruction. Campers will be grouped by ability level and training goals to ensure personalized coaching and meaningful progress. The program aims to expose swimmers to the training philosophy and techniques used by the ASU Swimming and Diving program, which has developed All-Americans and international-level competitors.
