About this camp

Exos Phoenix Summer Training Programs offer personalized sports performance training for youth, high school, and college athletes. Participants engage in a comprehensive program designed to optimize speed, agility, power, stamina, and injury prevention. The training utilizes scientific principles and is delivered by expert coaches in a state-of-the-art 31,000 square-foot facility. The facility includes a fully equipped weight room, turf field, pool, cold plunge, massage room, athletes' lounge, batting cages, on-site kitchen, classrooms for education, physical therapy clinic, and sports science areas. The program also incorporates sport science evaluations, data tracking, pre/post-workout supplementation, full use of recovery tools, and body composition analysis. Athletes will develop skills in dynamic warm-ups, movement training (speed, acceleration, agility, footwork), power training (strength and explosive work), sport-specific conditioning, and regeneration and injury prevention (mobility, flexibility, and soft tissue work).
